 Bow and North Tawton Medical Practice National Patient Survey Results 2025

Your Practice team have been working together with our Patient Participation Group (PPG) to improve access to GP services and raise the bar on patient experience and satisfaction.

We are grateful to all for your Friends and Family Test responses, notes in our visitor book and feedback via our practice website survey.

The Annual National GP patient survey is launched in January each year . The GP Patient Survey is an independent survey run by Ipsos on behalf of NHS England. The survey is sent out to over two million people across the UK. The results show how people feel about their GP practice.

A small selection of patients from every GP practice are contacted by research company Ipsos, with an invitation to complete a survey about their GP practice, either online or by post. Patients are chosen at random; the GP practice has no say who gets to take part in the survey and will not know who has been invited to take part.

Results of the anonymous survey are published in July each year.

We would ask if you received an invite to this survey that your respond, so the practice gets an accurate result of what our patients think regarding our practice and services.
